Chairman and Managing Director
Mrs. Vasuki Vinothini.S is a distinguished social reformer and public speaker, hailed from humble background joined Microsoft. After resigning from Microsoft, she joined IIT Madras for her research. She started preparing for Civil Services Exam of UPSC and went to interview multiple times. Then she founded Kurukshetra IAS academy to serve the needy and vulnerable sections. Currently She is honoured as National President for Education and Child Development in National Association for Fishermen Which is Founded by Mr.Ramachandra Rao-UGC Chairman. She takes class with assessing previous year questions and gives her best predictions.

Mr.Prabhakaran started his career as a secretariat staff and served various departments in Government of Tamil Nadu for more than 35 years. Before his retirement he served the office in Home Department under Government of Tamil Nadu. After his tenure He is instrumental in foundation of self financing colleges in Tamil Nadu. Currently he serves as National Working Chairman in National Association for Fishermen Which is Founded by Mr.Ramachandra Rao-UGC Chairman. with his experience and rule book, he gives best solution for ethical dilemma questions.

Uthirapathy
HONOURARY DIRECTOR
Mr.Uthirapthy is a defence personnel who served in first team of National Security Guard formed by former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. He also been instructor in Officers Training Academy, Chennai of Indian Army. He currently being consultant for various Multi National companies. In Kurukshetra he trains uniformed service aspirants.

Hemakumar H
JOINT DIRECTOR
Mr. Hemakumar is a Mechanical Engineer hold Anna University rank in his Post Graduation. He started his career as professor and parallely started preparing for Civil services and other competitive Exam. In 2012 he joined Bank of Baroda as Deputy Manager and relived from it to continue Civil Services Preperation. Having Passion towards uniformed services, he cleared Combined Defence Services and Central Armed Police Force (Asst.Commandant) Exam. He went to UPSC interview multiple times and currently being the editor for the Chola News DIgital Media Network. He uses technology to make the student understand the basics and perform well in the exams.

Ms.Rajalakshmi is a graduate in Zoology with specialisation in Biotechnology, working in the field of Science for a decade, with 2+ years of teaching experience. Being a Science student, she is naturally trained to grasp science of everything. In the path of making science interesting with all lively knowledge she gained, she decided to take teaching as her passion. She being placed in the UPSC arena, is also trained to have an eye towards competitive exam – oriented approach to enhance her teaching skills.
